By reading and agreeing to our terms as well as privacy policy, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and understand the Privacy Policy outlined below. These terms apply to all service or purchase agreements made with LearnAI.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree to be bound by these Terms, do not use our Services. If you are accessing and using LearnAI services or products on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to update the Terms from time to time. If any updates occur, we will inform you by posting the updated Terms on the Site and/or sending other communications. Registration & Access

You must be 18 years or older and able to make a purchase/services agreement with LearnAI. If you use the Services/Courses on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept the Terms on their behalf.

You must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information and ensure that this information remains up to date.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LearnAI, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim, demand, or action, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of the Services provided by LearnAI.

Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

Any infringement or violation of any rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

This indemnity obligation shall apply to the extent permitted by applicable Singaporean law. If any provision of this indemnity clause is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable under Singaporean law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

a. Your use of the Services provided by LearnAI.

b. Any actions or omissions of third-party providers or other users of the Services.

c. Any content or materials accessed through the Services.

d. Any unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

e. Any other matter relating to the Services or these Terms.

Total Liability: In any event, the total liability of LearnAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Services shall be limited to the amount you have paid to LearnAI for the use of the Services.

Property Rights

All products and property you licensed, including but not limited to all hardware, software, products, and their arrangement are the property of LearnAI or its licensors. Without the express prior written permission of LearnAI, the material may not be sold, leased, scraped, lent, or distributed in any way, unless expressly permitted in these Terms & Use. Unauthorized use of the products is prohibited.

Termination

Suppose you violate any of the terms outlined in our Terms of Use agreement while using our services. In that case, LearnAI reserves the right to take necessary action, which may include termination and discontinuation of your purchase. This action may be taken at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may also take legal action against you if your violation constitutes a breach of any applicable law or regulation. By using our services, you agree to comply with our Terms of Use agreement and understand the consequences of violating it.

LearnAI is not responsible for any content, code, or other inaccuracies. LearnAI provides no warranties or guarantees for its services.

Learn AI shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or its contents. LearnAI reserves the right to make changes to the contents of the Service at any time without notice.

The LearnAI’s Service and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representations of any kind, whether express or implied.
